New to the shop, a postal pack that can fit one of each of our bottles. This includes one bottle of schonburger, bacchus and cloud nine blend and one bottle of 2021 white sparkling.
The 2021 edition of our sparkling white wine has bright aromas of green apple and ripe pear with lifted citrus notes, lively bubbles and fresh acidity. Pairs well with goats cheese, oysters and sushi, or simply enjoy by itself in the company of good friends. It’s a Brut Quality Sparkling Wine. Dosage: 8 g/l. ABV: 11%
Our 2024 Schonburger is a dry and aromatic wine with delicate floral aromas, notes of lychee, yellow peach and some subtle spice . It’s soft and textured palate gives it a long finish and make it an outstanding pairing for lightly spiced Asian-fusion dishes or a simple Sunday roast chicken. Style: Dry/Off-Dry White (5 g/L sugar). ABV: 11%
Bacchus is a popular UK grape variety, and can be found around the wine growing regions of England and Wales. Often compared to a New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc, it is fresh, fruity and vibrant. We have won multiple awards for ours over the years, from our old (>30 year old) vines. ABV: 11.5%
Cloud Nine still is an award winning dry white wine (Bronze Wine GB Awards) is made from grapes from the 2023 harvest, and was released in August 2024. It comprises primarily Bacchus, with additional Schonburger, Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes and 20% has been fermented in old French oak for six months. This wine shows a more subtle and nuanced side to Bacchus. It has a harmonious bouquet of white peach and jasmine, with a light herbal verbena edge. ABV: 11%
