England has a developing international reputation for quality sparkling wines, and this is our award-winning traditional method sparkling Rosé. Our Rosé spends around 12 months on the lees, to develop some of the complexity known to champagne-lovers, whilst retaining a bright, fresh and fruity character. We use Seyval Blanc grapes, a hybrid-variety which produces excellent sparkling wines, with Pinot-Noir blended in for added complexity and colour.
This sparkling rosé shows a gorgeous pale pink colour and is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir. It has a bouquet of freshly picked cherry and red apple with a touch of white blossom. With a refreshing palate and rich creamy mousse this wine is perfect for drinking on a sunny summer's day with a plate of charcuterie and cheese, a garden salad, or simply by itself in the company of good friends.
You will notice some changes to appearance - we have dispensed with the gold wrap around the neck (it’s not environmentally friendly) and we are using green bottles (to protect the wine).
