England has a developing international reputation for quality sparkling wines, and we have been making award-winning fizz for three decades. Our 2021 white sparkling is made using the traditional method and has spent three years aging on the lees to develop some of the complexity known to champagne-lovers, whilst remaining bright, fresh and fruity. We use Seyval Blanc grapes, a hybrid-variety which produces excellent sparkling wines, offering an alternative to the usual trio of Champagne grapes whilst remaining familiar to fans of this style.
The 2021 edition has bright aromas of green apple and ripe pear with lifted citrus notes, lively bubbles and fresh acidity. Pairs well with goats cheese, oysters and sushi, or simply enjoy by itself in the company of good friends.
You will notice some changes to appearance - we have dispensed with the gold wrap around the neck (it’s not environmentally friendly) and we are using green bottles (to protect the wine).
